My husband and I were craving Tuna! So I made some Tuna stuffed Peppers! So simple and 21 day fix approved!
Peppers
2 cans of tuna
tomatoes
plain greek yogurt
chopped celery
sprinkle of garlic powder
cheese
Hollow out the peppers! Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.
Fill the peppers!
Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes!
Serve with asparagus on the side if you want!
2 greens (with the asparagus), 1 red (tuna and yogurt), 1/2 blue.............So YUMMY!!!
